Kelly McDonald-New Head Softball Coach!

Hillsdale is excited to welcome our new Varsity Softball Coach- Kelly McDonald for our 2019 season!

Kelly graduated from Notre Dame High School Belmont in 2009. She was a four-time WCAL All-League selection. Kelly was named the WCAL Player of the Year in 2008 and earned First Team All-State accolades that season. Notre Dame won the WCAL Championship in 2008 and won 2 CCS Championships in 2007 and 2009. After Notre Dame, Kelly played D1 softball at the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in Film and Media Studies and a minor in Sports Management. She began coaching travel softball in 2013 while working for the Oakland Raiders. She joined the West Bay Warriors in the Fall of 2015 as Vice President of the organization and head coach of the 12U team. Kelly and former Hillsdale head coach, Maia Monchek, led the 12U Warriors to a 7th in the nation finish at PGF Nationals in 2017 and a top 20 finish in 2018.
