The Athletic Boosters is an all-parent volunteer organization benefiting all athletes across all sports at Hillsdale High School.  Through a number of athletic-oriented social events and volunteer activities throughout the year, the Athletic Boosters raises and spends more than $60,000 annually to supplement the athletic department budget and provide critical programmatic and infrastructure needs not covered by district funding.

The Athletic Boosters meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 -8:00 pm in Room 210 at HHS.

2016-17 Student Athlete Award Winners

In honor of Tony Cecil and his memory, the Hillsdale High School Athletic Boosters pledges to provide an Annual Scholarship in the amount of $1,000. This scholarship is bestowed by the Athletic Department upon the athlete that best exemplifies the well-rounded qualities of athleticism, leadership, teamwork, and scholarship that were so representative of the type of person he was. 
This year the Athletics Boosters have created a Male and Female Category.
This years Male Tony Cecil Memorial Scholarship goes to Isaiah Cozzolino.
This years Female Tony Cecil Memorial Scholarship goes to Isabella Ratti.

Mission


The Athletic Boosters promotes school and community support of the Hillsdale High School athletic program through: (1) collection of athlete participation donations; (2) hosting of annual golf tournament and superbowl tailgate party events; and (3) sales of concessions and Hillsdale logo apparel.  Available funding is distributed in accordance with the following priorities:

  1. Safety – Promotes increased safety of Hillsdale athletes.
  2. Equity – Provides support across all athletic programs.
  3. Need – Fills a critical infrastructure, programmatic, or financial need that is not adequately covered by other funding sources.
  4. Opportunity – Benefits the greatest number of Hillsdale athletes.
  5. Impact to Competition – Necessary for competition or improves Hillsdale competitive advantage.

Concessions


The Athletic Boosters organizes and staffs food and beverage concessions at major sporting events throughout the year, including football, basketball, and baseball games. To volunteer your assistance, or request a concession presence at a special event, please contact a Concessions Committee Chairperson.


Family Passes


Available for sale through the Athletic Boosters, family passes admit 2 adults and 2 non-high school children into all regular season football and basketball games at SMUHS District Schools.  High school students are encouraged to purchase PAL stickers for their student ID cards (available through the school), which provide reduced admission to sporting events for students.  To purchase a family pass, please contact the Family Passes Chairperson.
